LLM + RAG Generative AI Developer
We are seeking candidates with knowledge or experience in Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, vector databases, Python, APIs, and AI workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for accurate and context-aware AI responses.s
- Create, test, and refine prompts to improve AI output quality and reliability.
- Integrate LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models into web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and DevOps teams to integrate AI features into production systems
- Ensure data security, privacy, and responsible AI practices throughout development.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and implementation.
- Proficiency in Python for AI application development.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for optimizing LLM responses.
- Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar
- Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus, or FAISS.
Business Development Officer
We are looking for a confident and motivated person to support client communication, lead generation, proposal preparation, business meetings, and partnership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable AI, web, and mobile application solutions.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in lead generation, business development, or sales (preferred).
- Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Knowledge of proposal preparation, quotations, and client documentation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
