Welcome to the Truefox AI Inc. website, mobile application, and related online services (“Truefox AI Platform” or “Platform”). These Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) govern your access and use of all services, features, content, and tools provided by Truefox AI Inc. (“Truefox AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using this Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Additional guidelines, privacy notices, and policies posted on the Platform may apply to specific features or services.
SECTION 1 — NOT MEDICAL ADVICE
The Platform offers tools that analyze student behavior, posture, and attention levels using AI-powered real-time camera monitoring.
However:
- Nothing on this Platform should be treated as medical advice.
- It does not diagnose ADHD or any medical condition.
- It does not replace professional evaluation, therapy, treatment, or medical counsel.
- It should be used only as a supportive educational/behavioral tool.
Always seek professional medical advice for any concerns regarding health, attention disorders, learning disabilities, or mental health concerns. If you believe a student is experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, contact a qualified healthcare professional immediately.
SECTION 2 — MODIFICATION OF TERMS
Truefox AI may update, modify, or revise this Agreement at any time. All updates become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Platform indicates your acceptance of the latest version of this Agreement.
SECTION 3 — AGE REQUIREMENTS
The Platform is intended for use by parents, teachers, institutions, and students aged 5 and above, with the following conditions:
- Users under 18 must use the Platform under parent/teacher supervision.
- Account creation by minors may require parent or school authorization.
- The Platform is not intended for independent use by children without supervision.
SECTION 4 — ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You agree that you will NOT:
- Use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, harassing, threatening, or abusive purposes.
- Interfere with security features of the Platform or attempt unauthorized access.
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to copy or extract data.
- Post or transmit defamatory, obscene, hateful, or illegal content.
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful components.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with AI models, monitoring systems, or network architecture.
- Use the Platform for surveillance, spying, or any unethical monitoring activity.
Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.
SECTION 5 — CAMERA-BASED FEATURES
The Platform uses your device’s camera only for real-time analysis to detect:
- Attention shifts
- Eye/face direction
- Posture
- Screen engagement
- Behavioral signs of distraction (non-medical)
We do NOT:
- Record any videos
- Store images
- Capture screenshots
- Save any biometric facial data
All analysis occurs live and is not stored on servers unless explicitly part of a future feature (with user consent).
SECTION 6 — ACCOUNT SETUP & RESPONSIBILITY
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current registration information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Not share accounts with others
- Inform us immediately of unauthorized access
Truefox AI may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of this Agreement or inaccurate information.
SECTION 7 — PRIVACY POLICY (DATA WE COLLECT)
7.1. Information You Provide
- Name, email, grade level or age
- School or institution details (optional)
- Profile preferences
7.2. Real-Time Sensor Information
- Live camera monitoring (not saved)
- Engagement analytics
- Attention score generations
7.3. Automatic Data
- Device type, Operating system, Crash logs
- Session duration, App usage insights
7.4. No Biometric Storage
We do not collect or store: Facial recognition data, Biometric identifiers, or Recorded footage.
SECTION 8 — HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use data to: Provide focus/attention monitoring, improve student engagement, generate teacher/parent reports, and enhance platform functionality. We NEVER sell or trade your information for advertising purposes.
SECTION 9 — DATA SECURITY
We use encryption, secure servers, and regular audits to protect your data. However, no system is perfectly secure. Users are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials.
SECTION 10 — CHILDREN’S DATA & CONSENT
Because the Platform supports students: Parents/guardians or institutions must authorize use. We collect only minimal data required and comply with COPPA and other applicable laws.
SECTION 11 — USER-GENERATED CONTENT
Feedback or suggestions granted to Truefox AI are royalty-free and perpetual. You may not submit harmful or illegal content.
SECTION 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, AI systems, graphics, and code belong exclusively to Truefox AI Inc. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
SECTION 13 — DISCLAIMERS
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” TRUEFOX AI MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING ACCURACY OF AI ANALYSIS, 24/7 AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR MEDICAL USE.
SECTION 14 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Truefox AI is NOT liable for damage from misuse, service interruptions, or incorrect AI insights. Your sole remedy is to stop using the Platform.
SECTION 15 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external websites linked on the Platform.
SECTION 16 — TERMINATION OF USE
We may suspend access for violations or security threats. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
SECTION 17 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes shall be settled in applicable courts.
